The Greater Catholic League Wrestling Championships, involving both schools from the GCL Co-Ed and South divisions, are today at Bishop Fenwick High School in Franklin.  Matches are scheduled to begin at 9 this morning, with the four GCL South member schools (Elder, La Salle, Moeller and St. Xavier) competing against the eight wrestling teams from the GCL Co-Ed schools.

Host Bishop Fenwick, Dayton Carroll, Dayton Chaminade-Julienne, Hamilton Badin, Kettering Alter, McNicholas, Purcell Marian and Roger Bacon comprise the GCL Co-Ed division in the league’s new alignment.  Defending champions from last year, when the GCL boys’ schools were divided into three divisions, are  Purcell Marian (Central), Carroll (North) and Moeller (South).
